2. Services
We provide the services described in the service agreement or contract entered into between you and JINIAA. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timing of services are set out in that agreement, which should be read together with these Terms. Where there is any inconsistency, the signed service agreement prevails.
3. Fees and payment
- Fees for our services are as set out in your service agreement or invoice.
- Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice.
- We accept card payments through our secure online payment facility, processed by QuickBooks integrated with the ANZ payment gateway.
- All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, are inclusive of GST.
- You are responsible for ensuring the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
4. Card payments and security
We do not store your card details. When you pay by card, your payment is processed in the secure, PCI-DSS-compliant environment of QuickBooks and the ANZ payment gateway. Your full card number, expiry date and security code (CVV) are handled directly by these providers and are never captured, viewed or stored on JINIAA’s own systems. By submitting a payment, you authorise the relevant amount to be charged to your nominated card. Payments are subject to the terms and security measures of QuickBooks and the ANZ payment gateway, in addition to these Terms.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with your service agreement and applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the original payment method. If you believe a payment has been processed in error, contact us promptly at accounts@jiniaa.com.au so we can investigate.
6. Your obligations
- Provide accurate, current and complete information when entering into agreements and making payments.
- Use the website and payment facility only for lawful purposes.
- Not attempt to interfere with, compromise or gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of our payment providers.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and materials, is owned by or licensed to JINIAA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JINIAA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or payment facility, or from any delay or failure of third-party payment systems outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Third-party services
Our payment facility relies on services provided by QuickBooks and the ANZ payment gateway. While we take reasonable care in selecting our providers, we are not responsible for the availability, performance or security practices of these third parties beyond our control.
