I have a combined background in Teaching and 8 years of experience in the Youth Worker sector. With such extensive experiences and training, all scenarios have been witnessed. Jiniaa Youth Services has, by far, been the best organisation I have ever worked for. From the director to the managers, even including the finance team, the unwavering support is second to none. There is a unified culture and a consistent calibre of leadership that allows us workers to deliver high-quality results. The 24/7 on-call support is also worth noting. They are fantastic and always there to support you through any crisis or situation. Hand on heart, Jiniaa Youth Services takes the cake in the Youth/Residential/Out-of-home care sector.
